Paik’s Bibim is the brainchild of Jong Won Paik, one of Korea’s most successful and renowned celebrity chefs. Jong Won Paik owns several F&B establishments like Bornga, Paik’s Coffee and Hanshin Pocha which are huge booms in Korea. Since the opening of the first Singapore outlet in 2013, it has been offering a modernized version of the popular Korean household dish - Bibimbap. Paik’s Bibim emphasises on the consistent taste of its Bibimbaps with fresh vegetables and other ingredients as it strives to promote a balanced and healthy diet for its customers.
Philosophy
