FACILITIES TECHNICIAN / EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Project Manager and Operations team, in particularly Business Manager on the following.
  • Conduct routine maintenance check and regular service work
  • Monitor work progress and completion
  • Obtain feedback on work completed
  • Certify completion of work
  • Work with contractors and vendors
  • Source and select contractors and vendors, based on internal SOPs
  • Assess current contractors and vendors to ensure highest quality of product/work and maximum spend by the Company
  • Provide maintenance and service report to Project Manager.
  • Ensure site personnel observe health and safety standards, and file necessary report for accidents and potential hazards.


Requirements:

  • Nitec with 1 year working experience or entry level Diploma technical qualification
  • Preferably working experience in F&B or construction industry
  • Strong planning and organizing skill
  • Good network with building contractors
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work well with people at all levels
  • A hands-on and result-oriented person
  • Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Bilingualism is preferred (English and Chinese in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates)
